In-person and remote options

Our office is conveniently located all over the Puget Sound in coffee shops that make an excellent latte! Seriously though, as much as I love a cup of coffee, we’re available to meet in-person or telecommute via Zoom; whichever fits your schedule best!

FAQs

Here’s more in-depth answers to all of your burning questions about my coaching style and services.

  • It depends on the scope of the work and size of the team. During a call, we will determine what areas we would like to focus on and send you a final proposal.

  • We work with retail shops that have been in business for a minimum of 1 year and looking to improve their foot traffic, team motivation, and sales. While we are based in the Greater Seattle Area, we can also work remotely with you to help you achieve your goals.

With that said, we do not only work with sales teams. We will happily work with solopreneurs and individuals as well.

  • We are currently located in the Greater Seattle Area.

  • Rachel has worked in retail sales both as a sales associate and Store Manager for a combined 13+ years. While she has worked mostly within the fine jewelry industry, she also has experience in clothing and beauty both online and in-person.

As a Store Manager, I have led my team to 9 record sales months, trained assistant managers, mentored new managers to run their stores, and also taught onboarding to managers in a corporate setting.

Rachel graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor’s in Media and Communications, two minors in Project Management and Consciousness Studies, and a certification in Fashion Merchandising. While working in fine jewelry, she was a Registered Jeweler (R.J.) with American Gem Society and has also studied Behavioral Financial Advice (BFA).

Outside of retail, I have worked at a local Chamber of Commerce, as a Marketing Manager and Event Coordinator, often dealing with businesses firsthand and working directly with the Executive team to improve membership retention.

  • As cheesy as it sounds, there is so something so magical about watching people develop and grow. It’s a very gratifying feeling to know that you can positively influence someone’s life and see the 'aha' moments. I also love showing and demonstrating that sales does not have to be manipulative, sleazy, or pushy. That you can actually have fun with it!

  • We like to leave that up to your marketing to generate leads! Therefore, we do not help you with this.

What we will do is help you identify opportunities and strengths, maximize your foot traffic and give you the necessary skills and tools needed to increase sales and convert your foot traffic into paying customers.

The approach I take is called consultative selling which focuses building long-term relationships with customers. An aspect of it is communication and negotiation skills, engagement, follow-up, customer retention and loyalty, and customer experience. Indirectly, this can and often does, positively influence traffic.
