As a business owner and entrepreneur, there is nothing I love more than finding a resource that can not only help me, but also help others in their own journey. That’s why I’ve put together a list of 5 things I’ve been loving lately that has also made a massive difference on my business that I want you to know about too.

*As a side note, I am not an affiliate for any of these brands or products. I wholeheartedly recommend these to you.

AUTOMATION RECOMMENDATION

Facebook Creator Studio & Business Suite

I’ve been using Facebook’s free content scheduler for months now. I love that it will automatically post, allow you to respond to DMs, and comment. The best part? It will tell you the optimal times to post on Facebook and Instagram. It takes so much of the guessing work out.

As a side note, you must have a Facebook Business Page and an Instagram Business account in order to use it.

BOOK RECOMMENDATION

“What Customers Crave” by Nick Webb

If you’ve been interested in learning more about client experience, the client journey, or how to sell better, this book is for you! Nick will inspire you to take action now. He’s also very friendly! I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with him a few times. This is a must ready for 2022.

TRAINING RECOMMENDATION

Crush Your Captions Guide

Toni Semanskee, also know as @crush_your_engagement by her Instagram followers, created this guide on how to nail your content captions on social media.

Since learning from her (and writing this post), I’ve increased my following by +23.4% on Instagram, account reach has increase by +230%, and my engagement has increased by +313%. And all of these results are from 30 days!

CLIENT MANAGEMENT RECOMMENDATION

A Little Black Book

When I managed a multi-million dollar store, we relied heavily on our little black book of clients. I taught this technique to my team to help them build solid client relationships and with their follow-up strategies.

It’s easy to use, affordable, helps cement clients in your mind, keeps your memory sharp. With that said, I encourage you to be unique, to think out the box, and come up with a strategy that works best for you. Here a few recommendations that I personally use in my own business.
